In fact, Preservation Connecticut is the only organization that tracks historic building demolitions statewide. We invest significant staff resources to ensure that we are the first to know when a permit has been pulled for demolition on a historic property. Find out how you can stop a demolition. See below for the list of properties currently slated for demolition, along with the dates the demolition delay expires.

714 Quinnipiac Avenue, New Haven
